Rules & Regulations

  • Student’s diary is a must for all students.
  • All visitors are requested to sign the visitors’ book.
  • Students need to keep 80% attendance, with playgroup students being the only exception.
  • No one except parents or authorized persons is permitted to pick up kids from the School.
  • If you are late in picking up your ward for any reason, please contact us so that necessary arrangement can be made.
  • Children suffering from infectious disease won’t be allowed in school until the disease is cured.
  • Parents will be immediately informed in case student gets unwell during the school hours.
  • Qualified staff will always be available to administer the first aid, if required.
  • If there are any medicines prescribed to your ward then kindly inform the staff members.
  • You need to verify that you are the only bonafide guardian of the student.
  • Registration fee of 2000 Rs. is not refundable and registration does not guarantee admission. Admission is given only when a suitable slot or vacancy exist and the child fulfill all the criteria of admission as per the school norms.
  • Till the necessary document of the child is deposited, his/her admission will be deemed provisional.
  • Please read school fee structure and payment schedule carefully.
  • In case your child is admitted, the school may make arrangements for inoculations against typhoid, cholera & vaccination for small pox to my child every year by the school doctor. Parents need to furnish complete medical record of the child required by the school medical officer.
  • Rendering false or misleading information or withholding current information may disqualify the child for admission to this school.
  • Once admitted, the child will not be entitled to refund of fee deposited in the case parent/guardian wishing to withdraw him/her.
  • In the case fee is not paid, as per school payment schedule, Parents need to pay it along with the late fee fine as per school norms.
  • As a responsible parent, you are expected to check the suitability of the bus route from the existing routes before seeking admission. Bus facility is optional and school is not bound to provide the transport facility. A request form for transport has to be submitted separately. School transport operates in limited areas and limited stops, it will not be obligatory on the part of the school authorities to create new bus/van stops. It will be the sole responsibility of the parent to escort the pupil to and from the respective bus stop.
  • Having read carefully the rules, regulations & procedures laid down in the school prospectus and being desirous of having my child/ward educated in Winsome, Bikaner. I hereby agree to abide by them in all respects. I understand that the decision of the management of the school shall be final and binding on me.
  • You shall follow all the rules, regulations and procedures laid down by the school time to time.
